Fly-E Group, an electric vehicle manufacturer specializing in motorcycles and scooters, has been hit with a shareholder class action lawsuit filed on September 8, 2025. Investors allege the company artificially inflated its stock price between July 15 and August 14, 2025 through misleading statements about lithium battery safety and its impact on EV sales.

The complaint centers on claims that senior executives omitted material information about battery-related safety concerns and their effect on product demand. Fly-E's accessories and maintenance business segments now face scrutiny as plaintiffs seek compensation for investment losses during the class period.
